Exceptional late-night check-in experience with a courteous night manager. Spacious and modern room with an amazing rainforest-like shower. Comfortable new bed allowed for much-needed 5 hours of sleep. Receptionist was outstanding. Good price for spacious room with shower and bathtub. Great location for Gatwick. Well-equipped gym, sauna, and lounge bar. Large clean rooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms.

The hotel is located right next to Crawley station and Morgan's pub, making it easy to access transportation and grab a drink. It is also close to the town center, making it convenient for getting breakfast. The room was comfortable and the service was friendly.

Although the location was convenient, the noise from the nearby railway line and room service trays being cleared outside my door was very disruptive.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a great experience. This place is located in a quiet and peaceful area. I found a nice pub for dinner just a little walk away from here. It is located very close to the airport, making it the perfect place to stay if you need to catch a flight. The room amenities were very impressive, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, in-room safe, and free toiletries. Additionally, the staff provided great customer service, especially over the phone when I had to make a reservation.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
